Wasn't real thrilled about there being no wind when we got there. Too calm, bright sun, clear lake, I told Brad I did not have a good feeling about catching anything today. Well wouldn't you know it, not long after we got there he put a keeper in the boat using a senko. A 1 lb. 12 oz. largemouth.

It was on from there! We were catching them at a steady rate, all the way up until we left. They were some nice fish too, nothing under 9.5 and all the way up to 14". We caught 25 crappie, 7 or so gills, 1 bass, and what I believe is a smallmouth buffalo? Guys were hitting the perch out on Erie too. I'll let the pics tell the story.

Any how, he is putting together a last minute tournament on Palmer Lake this upcoming Sunday. Hours are 8-2. $50 entry fee and 100% payback. 1 of every 4 teams will be paid back. Sounds like a good time on a good body of water.

I was tossing a bomber crank bait around and as i was reeling it to the boat I felt a little hit but not a good solid bite so I slowed my cranking speed and felt it again but still not enough bite to take a hook set on.
