Well Fox Lake was exactly what BigBass described......a big fat stinkin SKUNK....not even a bite!!! Got their at 4:00p and fished until 6:30p in 20-35 FOW. We set up on the east side of the point and stayed around this general area. Fished with minnows on white, chartreuse, purple, and pink teardrops. Saw people straight out from the point and people deeper in that cove on the east side of the point and didn't observe a single one pull anything out during the assumed "evening bite". The ice was absolutely crazy and is layered as follows where we were: 3" snow, 1" ice, 2" of slush/water, and 6" of solid ice. Both of the other groups brought there 4-wheelers out and boy did i wish we had one. The walk was awful and for not even a bite made it that much worse. Any info on any other lakes in the NE Indiana for gills or perch is greatly appreciated. Fishing AM and PM with pops until Thursday afternoon. Hoping for better luck....thinking Sylvan at Brady's and GSP tomorrow????
