Dave Nissen had his year end tournament this past weekend on Dukes Bridge and what a weigh-in they had, I can only report the top weights and only close with
the the ozs but it was so impressive I had to report it, winning team had 5 fish weighing in at 20 lbs 14 oz WOW ! ! ! ! !
second place team had 20 lbs 4 oz and 3rd place team had 15 lb ??? oz WHAT A STRING for all 3 places with a
five fish limit........... That Chain is a GREAT fishery and always has been........... the much needed rain turn those fish on big time........ Looking for
a real battle this Sunday out there, in the Extended Seasons tournament.

I always SAY NEXT time I do that, I am just going to sit on them and have fun, but I never can, 
we caught fish on a mix bag of baits all afternoon seems the fish are really
feeding I think it is the raise in the water, there is so many inlets in that chain that it is washing alot of forage into the lakes, and some much needed
fresh water. keys were 7 to 9 foot of water with some current baits used that caught fish were small profile baits, crankbaits and the Lucky Craft 78
minnow, lil critter craws and the 2 good fish came on a small black/gp jig..........did have some action on buzzbaits in the river as well.............
