First off, I want to apologize to Rick if you deem this post as unacceptable. I was on Appleman yesterday (the 8th) and was PEEVED
at what I saw. There was easily 150-200 dead bluegill on the ice, and some of
these were nice keepers. There was also alot of trash left behind. There was cigarette packs, pop/beer cans, candy wrappers ect....I don't know how else
to say it but the people who did this are just plain pigs. It really makes us who follow the rules and laws look unfavorable in the eyes of the law and
private land owners who we try to seek permission from to fish and hunt. If anyone who participated in this is reading this post, PLEASE reconsider you
actions next time. If you're going to kill it, take it home and eat it. If you're going to eat it or drink it, take it with you and throw it away.
Please don't turn our lakes and woods into land fills. And please don't fish kill lakes because you don't want to keep it.
