Me and a buddy of mine (who never fishes) hit up Burr Oak yesterday/wednesday and didn't do very well. I'm not sure what the heck was going on, but we
certainly didn't catch anything worth bragging about.
There was a low pressure system, a cold front, and the water temperature had dropped considerably over the past several days leading up to this trip. But still with the clowdy skies and the occasional rain and the nice breeze, I thought I would do much better.
My buddy only caught one bass that was a dink. And I caught about eight bass under 11-inches, and four rockbass. That sucked! But I guess you can't win'em all huh?
